Quick Reference: Inventory Items Dropdowns & Filters
On the Item Management > Inventory Items screen, you’ll find several dropdown filters and options to help refine your search and display the specific item details you need.

- Views: Views provide different perspectives on your inventory items, making it easier to locate the right information and support informed decision-making.
- Store/Stands: Select a store from the dropdown to view inventory specifics for that location.
- Without a specific store being selected, the system will display combined on-hand quantities for all stores in the database.
- Levels: Filter items belonging to a specific level(s).
- Hold CTRL to select multiple levels.
- Search: Type keywords directly into the search box for immediate results.
- The search box supports “or” and "and" searches to include multiple terms.
- Delay Data Fetch until a Search String is Entered: Check this option to prevent data from loading until search criteria is entered.
- This feature reduces wait times by loading data only upon search initiation and is recommended for clients with a large dataset.
- Vendor or Manufacturer: Narrow results to items linked to a specific vendor or manufacturer.
- Other: Control visibility of specific item types:
Note: Some options are client specific and may not be available depending on your client type. - Hide Parent Items – Displays only child items. If an item does not have a child item, the parent item will be displayed.
- Hide Child Items – Shows only parent items.
- Show all Stand Items (C/NC/Supply) – Filters to items whose behavior is set to Chargeable, Non-Chargeable or Supply.
- Show only Stand Priced Items – Displays items that have stand retail prices assigned.
- Show only Stand POS items – Will display only items configured with the item type POS Item.
- Show only Restocking – Displays only item sizes that are set as the restocking size.
- Show only Purchasing sizes – Provides all item sizes that are configured as purchasing sizes.
- Show only Transfer sizes – Shows only items sizes that can be transferred.
- Hide No Count Items – Removes any items configured as No Count Items from the inventory list.
- Show Only RFID enabled items - Shows only items that have been enabled for use with RFID.
- Show Only RFID disabled items - Shows only items that are not enabled for use with RFID.
- Include Inactive/Removed: Adds removed or inactive items to the inventory item list.
- These will be clearly labeled as (Inactive) or (Removed) in the item description.
- Choose Columns: Allows you to add or remove column from the item view.
- Changes are user-specific and will only apply to your account.
