Troubleshooting: I am unable to locate one of my items

Issue:  I am unable to locate an item in Yellow Dog that I know has already been created in the system.

Solution:  Check the box to include inactive and removed items. If this box is unchecked, these items will be filtered out. If the item has been Removed or made Inactive it will now appear.
