Quick Reference: Triggering Items

In some cases, item updates don’t sync to the point of sale (POS) as expected. Triggering an item forces its information to be resent to the POS during the next sync.

  1. Trigger is available as a right-click action.

    1. Right-click actions are controlled by user permissions.

      • If you don’t have access, contact your onsite administrator.

  2. You can trigger multiple items at once.

    • Triggering a large number of items may increase POS sync time.
