How To: View On-Hand Quantities

Quick access to on-hand quantities ensures speed, accuracy, and alignment across operation, making it easier to manage stock and support sound business decisions.

All client types 

Access to the Item Management > Inventory Items screen and the ability to see one of the following views:
*A typical users will not have access to all the below views, as many are client type specific.
  1. Classic (available to all employee who have access to the Inventory Item screen)
  2. Classic F&B
  3. All Stores
  4. Activity
  5. Expiration
  6. Locations
  7. Recipe/Kit/Batch Items Only
  8. Merchandiser
  9. Parent/Child
  10. Purchasing Eligible Sizes
  11. Transfer Eligible Sizes
  12. Vendor Products, SKU, Vendor SKU & UPCs
  13. Attributes
  14. Web Items
  15. Facility
  16. Ingredient Items
  17. Count Sheets
InfoNote: The Standard view does not display on-hand quantities and is typically the default view when first logging into Yellow. This view was designed for users with larger data set to increase loading speeds. Once the view is changed, the selected view will be set as your default.

  1. Go to Item Management > Inventory Items.

  2. Use the View dropdown to select one of the views from above that display on-hand quantities. 

  3. Look for the column On Hand to view current stock levels

IdeaTip: If you selected one of the views that displays on-hands and you are not seeing the column, use the Choose Column hyperlink to add the column. This hyperlink can also be used to add or removed other columns to match your preferences.
