Yellow Dog/Jonas Encore Overview

This document will provide an overview of the Yellow Dog Jonas Encore Integration 

Integration Approach 

  1. Sales – Pulled from a .txt file 

Item Management Best Practices 

  1. Recipes/Items must be mapped in POS Item Map to see ingredients depleted from inventory 
  2. Accum. Option Prices must be checked in Jonas to have new menu items included in sales exports. 
        

Limitations 

  1. Locations in Jonas cannot have the same Revenue Center Code 
  2. Sales are only provided to Yellow Dog once a day after the End of Day process has been initiated in Jonas 
  3. Itemized discounts are not provided to Yellow Dog; discounts are already accounted for when retail prices are provided 
  4. Modifiers can be provided, but the option must be enabled in Jonas.
