Feature Overview: Stand Reconciliations in Stand Dog App
The Stand Reconciliation functionality, previously only available in Yellow Dog Inventory, has now been extended to Web, Mobile (tablet only), and PAX devices. This enhancement improves operational flexibility and supports more efficient stand closing procedures across platforms.
Stand Dog mobile app > View Reconciliations
User can review and commit Stand Reconciliations in the Stand Dog app as part of their end event workflow.
Concessions (Stand Managers and Stand Supervisors)
Yellow Dog Inventory version 2025.07.23.377 or higher
Stand Dog version 2.1.0 or higher (release date 8.11.25)

Full Reconciliation Functionality: Stand Supervisors can:
Initiate reconciliations
Review and edit entries
Make corrections
Commit final reconciliations
New Manual Restock Section: Stand Supervisors can now enter manual restocks directly in Stand Dog. This feature supports entry of restocks that were not recorded during the live event.
Role-Based Access Control: Access to reconciliation and restocking features is granted through specific permission roles:
Stand Supervisor Permission: To enable access, assign the employee permission Stand Sheets > App > Stand Supervisor
View and edit reconciliations
Request recounts
Commit reconciliations
Stand Manager Permission: To enable this permission, assign the employee permission Stand Sheets > App > Stand Manager
Grants access to the Manual Restocks section (visible only after a count-out has been submitted)
