Feature Overview: Balto Web App
Balto is a web-based tool from Yellow Dog that makes it easier for clients to manage and update their Yellow Dog Inventory. It provides a secure way to import, create, and update data in bulk, saving time and reducing manual entry.
- Easy Access: To login you just need your client ID, Username, Password and the employee permission to access our API.
- Import Data in Bulk: Add or update items, stores, purchase orders, and more.
- Maintain Your Data: Update item availability, event schedules, and other key information as your business changes.
- Error Handling: If an import doesn’t go through, Balto provides clear error messages so you know exactly what needs to be fixed.
- Use the templates provided – don’t edit the headers.
- Test with a small file first to confirm formatting.
- For recurring imports, keep a clean copy of the template handy.
