How To: Count In and Out with Stand Dog


Completing Count Ins and Count Outs is vital for proper event management.

This article is for concessions clients managing events.

  1. Event must be running and after the auto restock time.
  2. User must have permission to use mobile apps and be assigned to the stand they are counting in/out.


Count In (3 mins)
Count Out (2 mins)
 


How to Complete Count Ins using Stand Dog App
1. In the Stand Dog app, choose Count In. 
      Count Ins can only be completed after the event has started.


2. Select the first item to launch the calculator and enter counts.
      After each count is entered, press the green arrow on the calculator to confirm the count and move to the next item.


3. Once counts are completed click  “Submit Count In”.

How to Complete Count Outs using Stand Dog App

1. In the Stand Dog app, select “Count Out”. 


2. Complete required count outs and select “Submit Count” when finished.


3. Once counts are complete, users will be directed to the “Count Out Success!” screen as confirmation.
