 WHY IT'S IMPORTANT

Issue Stand Transfer lets Stand Operators move product from their stand to another stand during a live event. Use it to rebalance inventory between stands without routing product back through the warehouse.

 PREREQUISITES

An Event must be started in Yellow Dog Inventory. If no event is active, Stand Dog modules stay disabled.

A Count In must be completed for the stand. Issue Stand Transfer and all other modules remain disabled until the Count In is submitted.

 STEP BY STEP

Issue a stand transfer

1.   From the stand navigation page, select Issue Stand Transfer.

2.   Choose the receiving stand — the stand you want to transfer product to — from the list.

3.   Press an item to open the calculator, then enter the quantity you want to transfer.

4.   Press the green arrow button to confirm the quantity and move to the next item. Repeat for each item you are transferring.

5.   When all quantities are entered, press close on the calculator, then press Issue Transfer.

6.   To confirm your transfer was recorded, open the Stand Transfer Ledger. Select any record to view its details, including the sending stand, receiving stand, and quantities.
