How To: Request a Restock with Stand Dog

How To: Request a Restock with Stand Dog

 WHY IT'S IMPORTANT

Request Restock lets Stand Operators request more product during a live event when an item at the stand is running low or has sold out. Submitting a restock request generates a picklist for the warehouse team so the stand can be replenished without leaving the session.

 PREREQUISITES

An Event must be started in Yellow Dog Inventory. If no event is active, Stand Dog modules stay disabled.

A Count In must be completed for the stand. Request Restock and all other modules remain disabled until the Count In is submitted.

 STEP BY STEP

Request a restock

1.   From the stand navigation page, select Request Restock.

2.   Press an item to open the calculator, then enter the quantity you want restocked.

3.   Press the green arrow button to confirm the quantity and move to the next item. Repeat for each item you need restocked.

4.   When all quantities are entered, press close on the calculator, then press Submit For Restock.

5.   To confirm your request was recorded, open the Restock Ledger. Select any record to view its details.

Note: Once you submit, a picklist is generated for the warehouse team to fulfill and commit. If an address is entered in Email Addresses for Restocking (Stands Editor > Email Addresses), that contact is notified automatically that a picklist has been generated.
