Troubleshooting: Error Message 'There are no Event Sessions for this event'

Stands are attempting to be added through the ‘Add Additional Stands’ button after the event has already been started and the system displays the error message ‘There are no Event Sessions for this event'.




The error message ‘There are no Event Sessions for this event’ indicates that the event did not generate correctly because no Event Sessions were created.

If your Yellow Dog is on Version 377 Build 2025. 6.10.377 or later, click "Undo Event Start" and start the event again.

Version 377 Build 2025.5.22.377 or Prior

If your Yellow Dog is on Version 377 Build 2025.5.22.377 or prior causing the "Undo Event Start" button to be greyed out, please contact Support. See support contact information below.
