Troubleshooting: Event Not Started


This article explains what to do if your forgot to start your event. It is intended for Concession clients who manage events through the Stand Sheets module.

Issue

Event was not started on time.

Solution


  1. Adjust your event’s Start Date/Time to the current time in the Event Editor.
  2. When prompted, click No – Leave as is to keep other event times unchanged.
  3. Verify the End Date/Time occurs after the Start Date/Time. If it does not, update it to after the Start Date/Time.
  4. Select Start Event.

Results

The event will now begin generating Stand Reconciliations as expected.
