Quick Reference: Size Behavior Tab
The Size Behaviors tab on the Item Editor streamlines the process of making items, and any related sizes, available or unavailable to
various areas of the software - including purchasing, recipes, and the Point of
Sale.
Note: Some fields will only
be available to clients using the Stands Module.

Size Behavior Columns
- SKU: Displays the SKU assigned to this item.
- Size: Displays the item size(s).
- Count: If the item has multiple sizes, the size relation will be listed here. Ex. CASE = 6 BTL
- Active: Indicates this item is active.
- POS Menu Item: Information field, displaying if this item is a POS Item.
- BLOCK POS: Blocks the item size from the point-of-sale.
- BLOCK Requests: Blocks the item size from Requests.
- BLOCK Manual Adjust: Blocks the item size Manual Adjustments.
- BLOCK Transfers: Blocks the item size from Transfers.
- BLOCK Purchase Orders: Blocks the item size from Purchase Orders.
- Preferred Purchasing Size: Indicates this is the preferred purchasing size; used in conjunction with bidding in the Order Desk.
- Ingredient Item: Indicates this item can be used in recipes.
- Transfer Min: Numerical field where transfer minimums can be entered. This is useful for warehouse environments that only transfer a minimum number of units.
- Transfer Mult: Numerical field where transfer multiples can be entered. This is useful for warehouse environments that only transfer item in certain multiples. Ex. If 6 is entered, the product can only be entered in multiples of six (6, 12, 18, 21....).
Concessions Only Columns
This column are used for setting the item behavior on stand items:
- Active
- Chargeable
- Non-Chargeable
- Supplies
- POS Items
- Restocking Size
Tip: Selecting Choose Columns allows you to add or remove columns from your view.
