Hyperlinks in Yellow Dog
Hyperlinks in Yellow Dog serve as shortcuts, allowing you to quickly complete related actions without navigating away from your current screen.
Example: Creating Vendors, Manufacturers, or Levels
In the main Inventory Item screen, hyperlinks provide quick access to create new vendors, manufacturers, or levels. Instead of navigating to the separate Vendor or Levels tabs, you can simply click the hyperlink to complete the action directly.
Choose Columns Hyperlink on the Inventory Items Screen
You can customize your view by clicking the Choose Columns hyperlink. Each view offers different column options based on the relevant data, allowing you to tailor your display to your needs.
After generating a report, the Change Columns, Sorting, and Grouping hyperlink lets you:
- Select which columns to display
- Sort data for better organization
- Group related information for improved analysis
This feature enables you to fully customize your report, ensuring the data is structured in a way that works best for you.
