How To: Use the Scheduled Label Queue

  
The Scheduled Label Queue works with the Scheduled Retail tool to help you print labels for current and upcoming retail price changes.

 
You must have the following permissions:
  1. Required: View and edit Scheduled Label Queue
  2. Optional: View and edit Scheduled Retail Changes

 
Printing Labels
  1. In the left-hand menu, go to Scheduled Label Queue.

  2. Use the Scheduled To date picker to include items with Scheduled Retail Changes between today and the selected date.

  3. Review the grid, which shows:

    • Scheduled Retail start date and description

    • Current retail price

    • Future retail price

  4. Set the print quantity:

    • Use the buttons on the right to set the count to the current on-hand quantity, or

    • Enter a custom quantity.

  5. Choose one of the following options:

    • Print all items, or

    • Select specific items and print only those.

  6. Print the labels.

Info
After printing, the Printed By and Printed On columns update to show who printed the labels and when.

Creating a Label with the Future Retail Price 

To print labels that display the future retail price instead of the current price:

  1. Go to Print Templates.

  2. Create a copy of the label template your site uses.

  3. Replace the current retail price field with:

    • ItemNextScheduledRetailPrice

  4. Rename the template to include “Future”.

  5. Use this template when printing from the Scheduled Label Queue.
