Quick Reference: Searching for items by UPC

When UPCs are primarily used as the items identifier users need to be able to search for them easily 


  1. You can search by UPC only when the SKU / Vendor SKU / UPC view is selected in the Inventory Items screen.
    1. If you enter a UPC while using a different view, the item won’t appear in search results, even if it exists.
