Quick Reference: Searching for items by UPC
When UPCs are primarily used as the items identifier users need to be able to search for them easily
- You can search by UPC only when the SKU / Vendor SKU / UPC view is selected in the Inventory Items screen.
- If you enter a UPC while using a different view, the item won’t appear in search results, even if it exists.
