    A treasure trove of valuable documentation and videos.

  2.  My Area

    Have a question? Need help? Submit a Support Ticket under the My Area section of the Customer Portal to receive assistance for a Client Support Specialist.

  3.  Live Chat

    Have a question and want to ask quickly? Submit a chat and connect directly with a Client Services Specialist. The chat feature is located at the bottom right of the Customer Portal. Live chat is available M-F 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. EST.
