How To: Submit a Support Ticket on the Customer Portal

To submit a support ticket on the Customer Portal you must have an existing Customer Portal account.



  1. Visit https://portal.yellowdogsoftware.com/portal/en/signin
  2. Log into your account.
  3. Click 'Support' at the top of the page.
  4. Select 'Add Ticket'.
  5. In the 'Subject' field type your company name and reason for contacting support.
    Ex. ABC Breweries - Unable to Remove Item
  6. In the 'Description' field provide additional details. This may include but is not limited to:
    1. summary of the issue
    2. what steps led to the issue
    3. screenshots (can be uploaded by selecting 'Attach a file')
  7. Click 'Submit' to send your ticket to support.

Figure 1. It's important to provide as much details in the support ticket, like screen shots of the issues, so the support team can better assist. 

  1. The support team can also be reached by emailing support@yellowdogsoftware.com or calling (757) 663-7514.
  2. The support team is available Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST.  After hours emergency support is also available 24/7/365  by calling (757) 663-7514 x1.
  3. You will receive a response within 1 business day.
  4. You will receive email updates for your support ticket and can also view the ticket, along with any previously submitted tickets, in the 'Support' section of the Customer Portal.
