Why it’s Important: Remote end-user training helps boost user confidence, reducing support needs, and ensuring you get the most value from key features. It lays the foundation for successful, long-term engagement and usage of Yellow Dog.
Does Yellow Dog provide free end-user training?
Yes, we do! Every client with a current support contract can schedule up to (4) 30-minute training sessions a month.
- These are 30-minute basic training sessions on the subject indicated when scheduling.
Use your free training first, but if you find you need more detailed or extended training, you can purchase training packages on the web store by clicking HERE. - Trainers use Microsoft Teams for all trainings, and these sessions can be recorded with your permission.
Your trainer will follow up with an email after training, providing a link to the recording and a summary of what was reviewed during training. - These remote training sessions are NOT for issue troubleshooting or open-ended Q&A.
For specific issue troubleshooting, please contact our Support Team at 757-663-7514, support@yellowdogsoftware.com or submit a ticket via our Customer Portal.
Tip: Because these training sessions are short, we encourage your team to have Yellow Dog installed prior to beginning of training. We also encourage users to have a Yellow Dog login ready and be in a quiet place ready to learn.
