Why are prep costs listed as $0 in EMC for Simphony?

Answer:

To update prep cost in EMC, Yellow Dog Inventory looks at the Calculated Cost field. If there is no calculated cost, the Vendor Price is pushed instead. A prep cost shows as $0 when neither field is populated
