Troubleshooting: Print Template data not appearing as expected
Some data on a print template does not appear or appears incorrectly.
The field format does not match the required data type.
You must have permission to System Setup and Print Templates.
Most fields in Yellow Dog print templates support multiple formatting options. If a field does not display as expected, verify its format.
Navigate to System Setup > Print Templates.
Select the affected print template and double-click to open the Template Editor.
Right-click the field that is not displaying correctly.
Select Format.
Confirm that the selected format matches the required data type.
Example:
If the field should display a numeric value but is set to Text, change the format to Number.

After updating the field format, reprint the template and confirm that the field displays correctly.
Contact Support if the data still does not appear correctly after updating the field format.
