How To: Create a Scan Sheet

A scan sheet allows items that do not have a barcode and are to small to label to be counted during a physical inventory. Scan sheets can also be used at the register to scan and ring in items.

  1. Create an Item List containing the items.
    See video: Create Item List

  2. Under Item Management > ItemList, select to highlight the item list then click Print ItemList.

  3. Use the Print Template dropdown to select the print template Shelf Tag 4 Per Page - Sorted by Placement (default).

  4. Select the printer from the right-hand list then click Print.
