Count Sheets help ensure that no items are missed during Physical Inventory, especially for Food and Beverage operations.

Permission to view and edit Count Sheets 


1. Navigate to Count Sheets 
Go to Physical Inventory > Count Sheets and select Create New Count Sheet.

2. Select a Store
Choose the store you want to count.
Notes
Note: Count Sheets are store-specific.

3. Enter Count Sheet Details
Add a description such as Walk-In Cooler, Dry Storage, or Liquor Room. You can also choose an option from the Include menu (optional):
  • Include all items in the store
    Brings every item into the Count Sheet.
    Include all items in the store that do not belong to any locations

  • Useful when using flags/locations. Captures items not yet assigned to a flag/location to ensure nothing is missed.

  • Include all items in the store that are not on any other Count Sheet
    Ensures any item not included elsewhere still appears on one sheet.

IdeaTip: Keep count sheets focused (by location or category) to make counting faster and reduce errors.

4. Add Items to the Count Sheet
You can add items in four ways:
  • Add Item
    Search for and manually add any available item.

  • Add Items From
    Import items based on pars, sales, or from a text/CSV/Excel file.

  • Add Locations
    Add a flag or location. This pulls all items assigned to that location and automatically includes future items added to that location.

  • Level
    Adds all items within a selected level and includes future items added to that level.

5. Arrange Items (Sheet-to-Shelf)
Order items to match their physical placement in your establishment.
Use the arrows on the right side of the screen to move items up or down or enable 'Drag and Drop' to grab items and put them in the preferred order 

6. View Item
Will open the item editor for the selected item 

7. Remove Items
Use the options on the right to remove items from the Count Sheet as needed.

8. Save the Count Sheet
When the sheet contains the correct items in the desired order, select Save and Close.
Your Count Sheet is now ready to use during a Physical Inventory.

9. Create New Item List 
Create a new item list as needed
