Feature Overview: Cycle Counts
Cycle Count physical inventories are created under Physical Inventory > Physical Inventories by clicking "Create new Cycle Count".

Complete Cycle Counts in between Full Physical Inventories.
All clients types can use Cycle Count as part of their inventory workflow.
Conduct Cycle Counts frequently, especially on high-value or high-shrink items.
- Deeper Inventory Analysis: Ideal for keeping a closer watch on items prone to loss, theft, or discrepancies—like high-value or high-shrink inventory.
- Flexible Scheduling: Cycle Counts can be completed at any time—daily, weekly, or on an ad-hoc basis—without disrupting regular operations or reporting periods.
- Simple Creation: Clicking "Create New Cycle Count" navigates you through the prompts to build the Cycle Count.
- Preserves Close Out Date: The the store’s close out date remains unchanged, preventing disruption to inventory processes.
