Adding UPCs to Items with YD Mobile During Physical Inventory Counting
If an item is not found after scanning the barcode, it is important to add the UPC to the item to ensure counts are completed correctly and future physicals run smoothly.
Video:
1. Open
and log in to YD Mobile.
Do NOT
close or log out of Count XL.
2. Select UPC Check.
3. Scan UPC.
4. Click Lookup Item and Assign.
5. Search for item.
6. Check the box for item.
7. Press Add Selected Items.
8. In Count XL use the icon at the bottom right to open settings.
9. Click Redownload Items then select back to navigate back to the session. The item will now be scannable.
