Yellow Dog is a Windows based application; limitations apply to web and Mac access.
Q: What are the limitation for Web and Mac user?
A: The limitation for both Web and Mac include:
- Label Printing: You cannot print labels from Web or Mac access. Label printing is only supported on a Windows computer.
- Viewing Original Staged Invoice: You cannot use the View Original option in the Invoice Staging Module to view the snapshot of the invoice submitted through Retriever.
- Printing/Exporting Reports: Reports cannot be printed directly from Web or Mac access. However, you can export the reports and then print them from your computer:
To export a report in PDF format through Web access:
1. After the report is generated click Print.
2. Select the Remote Desktop Virtual Printer.
3. Click Print.
