Troubleshooting: Unexpected Item Types and Stands requiring Count Outs

The system requires counts for unexpected item types (Chargeable, Non-Chargeable, and Supply), and unexpected Stands.

The event is configured as an EOM Event, and the selected EOM Event Type includes all item types and all stands.

Confirm the event is an EOM Event

  1. Go to Stand Sheets > Events.
  2. Open the active event.
  3. Verify the EOM Event checkbox is selected.
  4. Review the selected EOM Event Type.

Confirm which item types are included

  1. Go to Stand Sheets > Stand EOM.
  2. Locate the selected EOM Event Type.
  3. Check the columns:
    • Chargeables
    • Non Chargeables
    • Supplies
  4. Confirm which item types are enabled.
    • Enabled item types require count outs.
  5. Confirm which stands are included
    1. An Event will require counts for the active stands for the event, in addition to the stands assigned to the EOM Event type.
