FAQs: Who can reset my Yellow Dog password?

Can the Yellow Dog team provide or reset my Yellow Dog password? 


Answer:

No.  Yellow Dog Software is committed to the security of our client data and compliance with mandated security guidelines.  For this reason, we are unable to provide or reset your Yellow Dog Password.  You will need to reach out to an administrative member of your internal team for assistance with a reset.

We recommend enabling the password recovery feature for any future recovery needs. 

AlertIf your role has changed and you are now the contract signer for your organization, and no one internally can update your password, contact Yellow Dog Support for assistance.
