FAQs: What makes an item incomplete?

What makes an item Incomplete?

Answer: 

An item is marked Incomplete when one or more required fields are missing.

In the Item Editor, required fields appear in red. If any required field is blank, the system tags the item as Incomplete.

Common missing fields

Check the following fields when troubleshooting an incomplete item:

  • Vendor Price

  • Dimension 1

  • Retail Price

  • Item Description

  • Short Description

  • Level

  • Store Assignment

Where to find incompl​ete items

You can locate items marked as Incomplete in:

  • Watchdog module

  • Problem Items view

  • Troubleshooting > Immediate Action Required report
