Q: How do I know when emailed reports will be sent?
A: The email schedule is determined and shared during the implementation project. If you don't have this information available, you can alternatively run the System > Log > Scheduled Apps report to identify the email schedule:
- Go to Reports > Standard Reports.
- Navigate to the System > Log > Scheduled Apps report.
- Use the date dropdown to select Yesterday then click Generate.
- Find the row(s) for the application SendSaveReportEmails and looked at the Ended column to confirm the email delivery times.

Q: The report isn’t returning any rows for the application SendSaveReportsEmails. What steps should I take next to confirm my email schedule?
