FAQs: How do I know when emailed reports will be sent?


Q: How do I know when emailed reports will be sent?
A: The email schedule is determined and shared during the implementation project. If you don't have this information available, you can alternatively run the System > Log > Scheduled Apps report to identify the email schedule:
  1.  Go to Reports > Standard Reports.

  2. Navigate to the System > Log > Scheduled Apps report.

  3.  Use the date dropdown to select Yesterday then click Generate.

  4. Find the row(s) for the application SendSaveReportEmails and looked at the Ended column to confirm the email delivery times.

Q: The report isn’t returning any rows for the application SendSaveReportsEmails. What steps should I take next to confirm my email schedule?
