How do I resolve a 403 error when editing users in Yellow Dog?
Answer
A 403 error can occur if your account does not have the required permissions.
To resolve this issue, submit a ticket with Yellow Dog Support. The support team can grant your user account admin access in the backend system that manages API access.
You must already have the Grant Users Access permission in Yellow Dog for Support to assist with this request.
