Retail Sales by Item 5-Year Comparison Report Fix
patch_2026.04.28.377_report_Sales_RetailDetailedByItem_5yearComparision_gitPr17967.c3243074

Client Type
Retail

Location
Reports > Standard Reports > Retail > Sales > By Item 5 Year Comparison

What's Changed
The Retail Sales by Item 5-Year Comparison report has been corrected to properly display historical sales data. Previously, some prior-year columns, such as Year 2 Qty Sold, showed 0 values even when sales existed in the standard Sales by Item report.

What You'll See
  1. Historical sales data now populates correctly across all comparison years
  2. Prior-year columns accurately reflect item sales activity
  3. Report data is now consistent with the standard Sales by Item report

Summary by Period Report Enhancement
patch_2026.04.27.377_getReportSummaryByPeriod_gitPr17854.77c5ddfa

Client Type
Retail

Location
Reports > Standard Reports > Summary by Period by Item

What's Changed
The Summary by Period report (found under Reports > Standard Reports > Summary by Period by Item) now correctly handles "No Count" items. Previously, these items showed positive sales quantities and amounts, which could create confusion when reviewing your inventory data.

What You'll See
  1. Sales values for "No Count" items now display as negative amounts (as they should)
  2. This change ensures that sales properly reduce ending quantity and retail amounts
  3. Your reports will now show consistent sales representation across all inventory types

Stand Sheet Item Placement Update
patch_2026.04.15.377_viewStandSheetItems_gitPr17906.f4fd09e9

Client Type
Concessions

Location
Stand Sheets > Stand Editor
Events > Pre-Event Print (Chargeables / Non-Chargeables / Supplies)

What’s Changed
Items that are moved between Chargeable and Non-Chargeable types now automatically update their placement in pre-event print templates. Previously, items retained their original placement values, which could cause them to appear out of order until the Stand Editor was opened and saved.

What You’ll See
  1. Items moved between types now appear at the bottom of their new section in pre-event printouts
  2. Placement updates immediately, even if the Stand Editor has not been opened or saved
  3. Users can still customize item order by arranging items in the Stand Editor and saving, which will be reflected in all print templates
