4/16/26 Balto v1.5.0

  1. Decimal Count Support: The session upload tool now supports decimal-based counts, allowing JSON files with decimal quantities to be uploaded successfully.
  2. Improved Validation Messaging: Required fields in sync configuration are now clearly marked, with helpful messaging to explain what is preventing changes from being saved.
  3. Enhanced Access Controls: Sync configuration settings are now restricted to Yellow Dog superusers only, ensuring a more secure and streamlined experience for client users.
