FAQs: Viewing UPC Update Dates
End user · Yellow Dog Inventory 2026
Question
How can I see when the UPC of an item was updated?
Answer
Yellow Dog
Inventory records the date and time each item’s UPC was last changed and shows
it on the UPCs report. Go to Standard Reports > Lists > UPCs and
check the UPC last updated column.
• The report lists every item’s UPC alongside its SKU, Item name, Department, and Primary Vendor.
• UPC last updated shows the timestamp of the most recent change to that UPC.
• Use the Stores, Vendors, and Levels filters at the top to narrow the list
before you run it.
