How To: Log In to the Stand Dog App

 WHY IT'S IMPORTANT

Stand operators need access to the Stand Dog app to enter count-ins and count-outs and to complete other event-related tasks. This article explains how to log in. It is for Concessions clients who use the Stand Sheets module to manage events.

 PREREQUISITES

Before you log in, make sure you have:

    The Stand Dog app installed.

    Your Client ID.

    Your username and password.

    An event that is currently in progress (started).

 STEP BY STEP

To log in to the Stand Dog app:

1.  Open the Stand Dog app.

2.  Enter your Client ID, then tap Submit.

3.  Enter your username and password, then tap Log In.

4.  Select your facility.

5.  Select your stand.
