How do I grant access to the mobile apps?

How do I grant access to the Mobile apps to other users to my organization?

  1. You will need to have at least one Yellow Dog account configured by Implementation or Support as an API admin user
  2. You will need the permission Grant Users Access

  1. Once both of these have been done, log into Yellow Dog with the Yellow Dog account that has been configured as an API admin user and you will be able to check the User has access to API checkbox for the account you want to have access to the mobile apps.

  1. The user you have granted access will now be able to log into the mobile apps with their Yellow Dog username, password, and ClientID.

*The Client ID can be found on the bottom task bar of your Yellow Dog Inventory
Your client ID will differ from the image.
