How To: Grant Access to Mobile & Web Apps (API Access)

Access to Yellow Dog’s mobile and web apps allows employees to manage inventory tasks on the go and from any location, ensuring real-time updates and reducing delays. This flexibility improves accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness in daily operations.

1. The following employee permissions:
   
1. User has access to API (check box in employee editor)
2. System Setup = Visible
   
3. System Setup > Employees = Visible, Edit
   
4. Auth API > Grant Users Access = Yes

1.  Go to System Setup > Employees > Employees.
   
   
2. Click to highlight the desired employee and select Edit Employee.
   
   
3. Select the box User has access to API.
   
   
4. Click Save and Close.
