How do I connect my Zebra Network Printer?

This video will demonstrate how to connect to your Zebra Network Printer


1. Download drivers from the Zebra website. Click here for a step by step of that process. 


2. Plug Power, Computer and Network into back of computer and verify that Network light is lit up


                                                                                                       

                                                                  

 3. Press and hold the Feed and Cancel buttons to print a configuration report. This will provide the IP Address assigned to the printer. The IP address will be listed at the top of the report.

                                                                                                             

 4.    Navigate to the start menu on your PC and select Settings. From there select Printers & Scanners>Add a printer>The printer I want isn’t listed. 


                                             



     5.   Select Add a Printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname. 

                                                                                      

                               

 6.    Select TCP/IP Device from the device type drop down and enter the IP address from Step 2 in the Hostname or IP Address box. 

                                                                                             


                                      

7. Confirm Generic Network Card is selected and hit Next




                                                 

     8. Navigate to ZDesinger to download the Appropriate Driver                                                                                                                                  

                                                                                       



    9.  You will be prompted to update the printer name If you wish. Select Next 

                                                                                                            



10.  Confirm whether you want to share this computer on your network.
