How do I create Production Worksheets?

Production worksheets effectively give users the ability to create prep lists, that can be based on Purchasing Requests or created ad hoc. This worksheet will pull in Recipes that can then be printed as summarized lists of recipes or itemized with each ingredient and its unit of measure. *As a note: Worksheets visibility is based on permissions, and if you cannot see worksheets when logged in please see your onsite admin for additional permissions*

1. Navigate to Worksheets, select Production and New

2. If  you are creating your Production worksheet based on a Request, then highlight the request(s) in question and choose Select Record. Note there is a store filter if your system has multiple locations. If the worksheet is being created ad hoc, then choose Skip this step.

3.  Select the Store that the worksheet will be used in.

4.  A  new Production Worksheet will open. If the worksheet was based on a Request, then those recipes will also already be listed.
