How To: Create and assign Production Groups
Production groups identify which team is responsible for producing items on a production worksheet.
Make sure you have permission to:
Create a production group
- Go to Common Setup > Production Groups.
- Click Create New Production Group.
- Enter a description.
- Click Save & Close.
Assign a production group to a production worksheet
- Go to Worksheets > Production.
- Click Create New Production Worksheet.
- Complete the Production Worksheet Wizard:
- Select the request or requests to include, or click Skip.
- Select the store for the worksheet.
- (Optional) Add notes, update the worksheet description, and
update the production date.
- Add production or batch items to the worksheet.
- In the Production column, select a production group.
- Print the worksheet,
or click Save & Close
