Updating Count XL Application

Updating Count XL Application

You may need to update your Count XL application on your handheld device to ensure it runs properly and smoothly. If you have received the following errors, your Count XL application may need to be updated: 
“Invalid network error”
“API error”
“Unable to login to the mobile app. If this issue persists, please reach out to your admin.”




Step 1. On your Android device, access the Google Play store.
(You can find this by swiping up and searching “Play store,” or by locating the Google Play icon on your home screen.)

Step 2. Next, locate the magnifying glass icon at the top of the screen. [Image 1.]
Step 3. Click in the Search box and type “Count XL.” [Images 2 and 3.]


Step 4. Finally, you will want to click Update
 
Step 5. If buttons says Open, your app is currently up to date.
