Turning Off Auto Rotate on a Handheld


All clients should turn off Auto Rotate on handhelds to enhance the user experience when utilizing one of our mobile apps.




How to Turn off Auto Rotate

1. Swipe down from the top of the screen.



2. Press the Auto Rotate button.



3. After pressing the Auto Rotate button, the button will now be grey indicating Auto Rotate is turned off.
