Troubleshooting: What should I do if my sessions do not come over from my PA520 handheld?
In Yellow Dog Inventory, version 363 and up, Count Sessions from the Mobile Apps or YDIMobileCE App will automatically be hidden if the session has not been updated within the last month.
If you do not see your session in the available list, and it is over 30 days since the last update, please contact our support department so a support guide can assist in retrieving this for you.
If your handheld device or smart phone is not set to the correct day and time (more than 30 days off), the session will not be available for import because Yellow Dog will think it has not been updated in the last 30 days.
