Q: I am receiving an error Error converting data type VarChar to decimal when syncing my PA500 or 520. How can I resolve this?
A: On your handheld device, in the session(s) that was just counted navigate to the item(s) that is displaying infinity in the counted column. Click on that item within the session, and update the counted quantity to the correct amount. Once you have updated the quantity, select Submit in the bottom right corner. Once you have confirmed that all items listed with infinity have been resolved within the session, plug your device back into your computer and re-sync.
