Troubleshooting: The laser scanner isn't working on Pistol Grip for 602.

If you cannot use the scanner with the pistol grip attached to your 602 verify the Scan Handel is enabled. 

FROM HOME SCREEN
 
Settings > Docking Station> Make sure Enable Scan Handle is checked
