Reporting Explained: Troubleshooting- Immediate Action Required

Business Need: This report is helpful for a general overview of incomplete and general database maintenance actions.

How it works: This report pulls data from through out the database including but not limited to open purchasing documents, incomplete items, and uncommitted physical inventories.

Generating the Report: 



Go to the Reports section in Yellow Dog 
  1. Select Standard Reports
  2. Open the folder titled Troubleshooting
  3. Select “Immediate Action required” 
  4. Generate Report


Reading the Report 


1. Change columns, sorting, and grouping: This allows us to manipulate the view of the data within the report. 

2. Type: Document and or item type 

3. Open Issue:  Explanation of issue or document/item description

4. Required Action: How to resolve action

5. Store: Store name where action is needed

6. This row allows you to save, export, print, or close the current report.
