Reporting Explained: Troubleshooting- All Items not on any Count Sheet

Business Need: This report is helpful for managing count sheets. If managing items through count sheets this report lets users know which items have not been included on a count sheet.

How it works: This report checks against all count sheets within your database across all stores. An item must be on a count sheet for each store it is available to, if not it will appear here for the store it is not on a count sheet for.

Generating the Report: 

 Go to the Reports section in Yellow Dog 

  1. Select Standard Reports
  2. Open the folder titled Troubleshooting
  3. Select “Items not on any Count Sheet” 
  4. Generate Report


Reading the Report 


  1. Change columns, sorting, and grouping: This allows us to manipulate the view of the data within the report. Other columns available in this report are used to organize and sort items. Please see report more information.
  2. Problem: Reason the item is listed
  3. Level: Assigned department
  4. Vendor: Vendor assigned to the item
  5. Sku: Assigned item sku
  6. Item: Long description from item editor
  7. Store Name: Store that item is assigned and not on a count sheet
  8. Store Code: Store number assigned in Yellow Dog.
  9. Current on Hand:  On hand for specific store
  10. Last Transaction:  Date and time for last sale or return
  11. Last Adjustment: Quantity of last inventory adjustment
  12. This row allows you to save, export, print, or close the current report
