Troubleshooting: Error - An error occurred posting the image

You see the message “An error occurred posting this image” when saving an image to an ite

You don’t have the required permissions.

Confirm that you have the following permissions:

  • Item Editor > Pictures tab: View and Edit

  • Item Editor > Attached Files: View and Edit

After your onsite administrator grants the required permissions:

  1. Restart Yellow Dog.

  2. Try adding the image again.
