You see the message “An error occurred posting this image” when saving an image to an ite
You don’t have the required permissions.
Confirm that you have the following permissions:

Item Editor > Pictures tab: View and Edit

Item Editor > Attached Files: View and Edit
After your onsite administrator grants the required permissions:

Restart Yellow Dog.
-
Try adding the image again.
