Reporting Explained: Employees Per Store

 

Use this report to review which stores each employee can access.

This helps you:

  • Audit store-level access
  • Identify users with incorrect or missing access
  • Support operational and security reviews
 
Reports > Standard Reports > Employees > Employees per Store

 

This report lists all employees and shows their access to each store.

  • Includes all employees in the system
  • Displays store access as a binary value:
    • 1 = Access granted
    • 0 = No access
  • Does not include detailed permissions or employee group data
 

  1. Go to Reports > Standard Reports
  2. Open Employees
  3. Select Employees per Store
  4. Click Generate Report

Note:
This report does not include filters. It returns all employees and stores.


ColumnDescription
CodeEmployee username
Num StoresNumber of stores the employee can access
Store Name ColumnsEach store appears as a column; values show access (1 = Yes, 0 = No)

Notes
  • Use this report for store access auditing, not permission review
  • For detailed permissions, use the Employee Access Report
  • Review regularly to ensure users only have access to relevant stores
