How do I configure and use Password Recovery?

*You must be able to log into Yellow Dog to configure Password Recovery*

Setting up Password Recovery

1. Log into Yellow Dog and navigate to Password Recovery


2. Enter your Username and Password into the popup



3. Select two security questions, fill in and confirm answers. When complete select Save & Close. 



Your Password Recovery has now been configured. 



Using Password Recovery

  1. Attempt to Login to Yellow Dog, and select Forgot Password


  1. Enter your Yellow Dog Username




  1. Enter the answers to your security questions. 


  1. A popup will let you know that you have answered the questions correctly and that you will be prompted to set a new password. 




  1. Enter and confirm your new password


  1. Select Save & Close and Yellow Dog will log you in with your new password
