Is there an offline mode for Count Retail?

Issue: The Wi-Fi in the area where counts will be performed is poor? Is there an option for offline mode?

Resolution:  Yes! Toggle to offline mode within settings while counting to stop your device from attempting to connect to the Wi-Fi and improve performance. 


  1. Log in to the Count Retail app. 


  1. Use the Menu Bars to navigate to settings

 



  1. Toggle Offline to “On” and use the down arrows to sync your items, stores and labels prior to counting. 



  1. You are now ready to count in areas where there is no, or limited Wi-Fi. When you have completed counting navigate back to an area of your store with Wi-Fi, toggle offline off, and upload or finalize your session. 


*Note: If the cloud icon is Red, then you have are not connected to Wi-Fi and will be unable to upload your session.
